SHRM reports 29% of employees are truly satisfied with health benefits. How do yours rate? The absence of complaints is not an indication. The best way to boost satisfaction is to ensure employees receive help when they need it, no matter how small the issue. They need a navigator and an advocate. Our support system makes all the difference!
